Hello, my name is Paul Mackie. I was born in the Generation X era (not giving specific year lol!) and I'm based in Kent.
I have passionately focused myself into the fitness lifestyle since I was 16yrs old by regularly attending many local gyms, gym classes,
football clubs, kickboxing and scuba diving. My focus is to help women and men improve their lives through health and fitness, to make a positive impact to your health, mobility now and in the future.
My Philosophy:
I believe that fitness is not just about working out, but also focus on proper nutrition, stress management, and self-care.
